PFLAG isn’t just for support; it’s also for education & advocacy! At most of our monthly meetings, whether in Brewster or Falmouth, we devote at least part of the meeting to support, and the remainder to an educational or advocacy-related program.
Brewster, May 18: Meet our two Scholarship Winners and hear about them and their high school, West Sturgis. Reception and support will follow.
Falmouth, May 26: From 7:00-7:45 we will watch and discuss three short videos:
- the story of a young transgender child and his family
- a Q & A with a transgender teen and his mom
- the story of a transgender couple and their two young children
From 7:45 to 8:00 we welcome those interested in giving or receiving support to stay for a support group session.
Brewster Meetings: every third Monday from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at
First Parish UU Church, 1969 Main Street
Falmouth Meetings: every last Tuesday from 7 to 8:30 pm at the Falmouth Jewish Congregation, 7 Hatchville Road, Falmouth.
Please join us. You will be welcomed warmly, listened to respectfully without judgment, and hopefully stimulated by the discussion. Your confidentiality is assured.
