PFLAG Cape Cod - Support group for parents, families, friends, allies and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Anyone over 18 is welcome (those under must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian, whether in-person or virtual). - Virtual via Zoom: first Monday of the month from 7:00-8:00 pm (8:30 if needed) via Zoom. The structure and benefits are the same as our in-person meetings, but from the comfort, safety, and convenience of your home. To receive the Zoom link, please sign up for our emails to have the link sent to you at noon on the day of the meeting.

RCC Pride - A peer support group for LGBTQ+ adults (18 and older). The group is completely free and there is no form of signup required. Allies are also allowed, although this is an LGBTQ+ focused space. more info
