Gender Spectrum Online Support Groups (www.genderspectrum.org) - A series of online discussion groups for parents and adult family members.
Parents of Transgender Children Facebook Support Group - To and from parents of transgender and gender-expansive children, young & grown.
Innvestments (www.innvestments.org) - Social and support group for the crossdresser, transvestite, transsexual & transgender community on Cape Cod. Dinner meetings first Wednesday of month. (Location rotates among area restaurants).
Transgender Club of New England (www.tcne.org) - Social and support organization for the transgender community, located in Waltham. Runs the annual “First Event” transgender conference.

GeMS Family and School Conference (www.childrenshospital.org) - For parents and guardians of gender-questioning youth of all ages. Programming for youth ages 10-18 and school personnel. Held at Boston Children’s Hospital in late winter/early spring.
Philadelphia Trans-Health Conference (www.trans-health.org) - Held annually in June at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
Trans Youth Summit (www.masstpc.org/community-events/tys/trans-youth-summit/) - For trans youth & friends aged 13-22. Parents of Trans Youth Summit – same day & building. July at Microsoft New England Research & Development Ctr., Cambridge
True Colors Conference (https://portal.ct.gov/DCF/SPOTLIGHT/2020/LGBT/TrueColors) - Largest LGBT annual youth conference in the country with more than 2000 attendees, held each year in March in Storrs, CT.
Gender Conference East (www.genderconferenceeast.org) - For youth across the gender spectrum, families and professionals. Generally in Baltimore in November.
First Event (www.firstevent.org) - One of the longest running conferences in the U.S. for transgender and gender expansive people and those who love and support them. First Event is held annually in the Boston area in late January or early February.
Keystone Conference (www.keystone-conference.org) - Find support and friendship, and further your knowledge of trans issues all while having an enjoyable and uplifting experience! Held in Pennsylvania in late winter/early spring..

Cape & Islands Transgender Resource Fund (www.capecodtransfund.com) - CITRF is a small grassroots group of transgender people and allies. Their mission is to lend a helping hand to transgender and gender non-conforming individuals living on Cape Cod and the Islands in need of assistance in meeting the challenge of their life journey.
National Center for Transgender Equality (www.transequality.org) - Monitors federal activity, educates congress, provides technical assistance & training.
Massachusetts Transgender Political Coalition (www.masstpc.org) - Educates, advocates and encourages empowerment of community members.
